Ex-warehouse listings

Every lot is listed ex-warehouse at the stated city and pincode. Goods pricing does not include freight, loading, unloading or insurance unless expressly stated.

Self-pickup

You may collect from the warehouse by appointment with your own transporter. Bring the invoice reference and authorisation for the person collecting.

Assisted freight

On request we obtain quotations from partner transporters for full-truck or part-load movement. Freight is quoted separately and payable as stated in the quotation.

Packaging

Packaging is described on each lot page: original cartons, repacked, palletised or bale-packed. Heavy and fragile goods are palletised or edge-protected wherever practical.

Transit insurance

Transit insurance is optional and quoted separately. Where you arrange your own transport, risk passes on handover at the warehouse.

Timelines

Dispatch is generally scheduled within three to seven working days of realised payment, subject to loading slots and transporter availability. Timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.

Damage in transit

Inspect and note any visible damage on the transporter delivery documentation at the time of receipt. Claims without such notation are difficult to pursue with the transporter.
